During your consultation, all treatment options will be explained in detail. You will also review a consent form outlining the intended effects, potential downtime, and any risks involved.

If medically appropriate, simple treatments can be performed on the day of your consultation.

However, this is subject to:

• Your medical suitability
• The available time
• Assessment by our specialist

In some cases, delaying treatment may be recommended for medical reasons or to allow time for further consideration. If this occurs, the consultation fee remains non-refundable and non-transferable.

Certain health conditions may require rescheduling, including:

• Feeling unwell (cold, cough, fever)
• Flare-ups of autoimmune conditions (thyroid disease, lupus, IBD)
• Allergy symptoms (hay fever, itchy eyes)
• Dental issues (recent fillings, dental surgery)

Your immune system plays a key role in treatment success. If compromised, you may have an increased risk of complications such as infection, swelling, tenderness, or lumpiness at the injection site. Please notify us in advance if any of these conditions apply.

Injectable treatments will not be provided if:

• You are trying to conceive or not using contraception
• You are pregnant
• You are undergoing or preparing for IVF
• You are breastfeeding

Due to a lack of large-scale studies on the safety of injectables during pregnancy or IVF, we advise against booking a consultation if any of these apply. If an appointment is booked under these circumstances, the consultation fee will be forfeited.

Bruising and swelling are common side effects of injectables due to the nature of the treatment. Some downtime should always be expected. If you have upcoming events or prefer to avoid visible signs of treatment, plan accordingly.

To minimise bruising, we recommend avoiding alcohol, aspirin, anti-inflammatory medications, fish oil, krill oil, garlic, and ginger supplements for at least five days prior to treatment.

After your treatment, you will receive an email with detailed aftercare instructions. Ensure that you accept emails from Bespoke Cosmetics Institute and check your junk folder if necessary.

• Some treatments require follow-ups every 3-4 months for best results, while others may need less frequent sessions.
• You will be advised on the best timeline during your consultation.
• We recommend booking your follow-up before leaving the clinic to secure availability.

Post-treatment reviews are complimentary and may be necessary for optimal results. Minor adjustments or additional product may be required. You can book a review online or at the time of your treatment. If no suitable appointments are available, please call the clinic.

• Quick Review (15 Minutes) – Available after 14 days for minor revisions or concerns related to wrinkle treatments.
• Longer Review (30 Minutes) – Recommended 3-4 weeks post-treatment for more complex cases, unless urgent attention is required.

There may be some costs associated with follow-up appointments. Our team will provide full transparency regarding any applicable fees, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your treatment journey.
