Consultation Fee Policy

At Bespoke Injectables Clinic, we charge a non-refundable consultation fee of $60. This fee is separate from any treatment costs and will not be deducted from the cost of any treatment plan should you decide to proceed with treatment after the consultation. The consultation fee covers the time and expertise of our clinicians in assessing your needs and discussing potential treatment options.

Follow-Up Appointment Policy

Patients will be informed during their appointment if a follow-up is necessary. Attending all follow-up appointments is essential for proper assessment. Follow-up for botulinum toxin treatments must be booked within 14 days post-treatment; bookings made after this period will be considered a new treatment and incur new charges. Follow-up for dermal filler treatments may require additional payment if more filler is needed.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Bespoke Injectables Clinic requires a $50 deposit when booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up, the $50 deposit will not be refunded. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

Forms Completion Policy

Before receiving any treatment at Bespoke Injectables Clinic, all clients must complete and submit the necessary forms. These forms are crucial for ensuring we have accurate and comprehensive information regarding your health history and treatment preferences. Completing these forms thoroughly and accurately helps us provide the best possible care and avoid potential complications. Failure to complete the required forms before your treatment may result in a delay or rescheduling of your appointment

Refund Policy

Bespoke Injectables Clinic does not offer refunds on any services performed by our staff. This policy is in place because we cannot guarantee specific results; the results’ duration or adverse effects will not occur. Additionally, refunds are not offered on products used during treatment.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

At Bespoke Injectables Clinic, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your personal information. All client information, including medical history and treatment details, is kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with authorized personnel as required for your care. Photography Policy

Every patient is required to have before-and-after treatment photos taken. This vital record assesses the success of the treatment.

Realistic Expectations Policy

At Bespoke Injectables Clinic, it is crucial that patients have realistic expectations about their treatment outcomes. Cosmetic medicine is not an exact science; people respond differently to products and treatments. As a result, we cannot guarantee specific results or the longevity of those results. Often, multiple treatments are necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as wrinkle injections, fillers, and thread lifts are not permanent, and repeat treatments will be needed to maintain results.

Botulinum Toxin Duration Policy

At Bespoke Injectables Clinic, we inform our clients that the effects of botulinum toxin treatment typically last around three months. This duration is based on scientific evidence. However, individual results may vary, as people can react differently to the treatment. While we provide this general guideline, we cannot guarantee each client’s exact duration of results. As such, Bespoke Injectables Clinic is not responsible for any variations in the longevity of the treatment’s effects.

Post-Procedure Appearance Policy

Patients should be prepared for the possibility of looking worse immediately after cosmetic treatment. This is common with treatments such as dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, chemical peels, microneedling, and bio-stimulators. We advise against scheduling a cosmetic procedure immediately before an important event.

Side Effects and Complications Policy

All cosmetic procedures carry associated side effects and complications, which will be discussed during the consent process. These risks are real and can occur from time to time. Patients are responsible for accepting the risk of side effects and personal liability for the cost of treating them. Side effects can have long-term health implications and may affect a patient’s appearance, confidence, and income.

Right to Refuse Treatment Policy

Bespoke Injectables Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client at our discretion. This may occur if we believe that proceeding with the treatment may not be in the best interest of the client’s health or safety or if there are concerns about the accuracy of the information provided. Our primary goal is to ensure the well-being of our clients, and we will make decisions based on professional judgment and ethical standards.
